This is so true! I’m a retiree who recently returned to full time work and I’ve viscerally felt the speeding up of work life. The weekends & off days don’t allow enough time to slow down and recover. I’m looking for ways to embrace the true rhythm of life.

Thank you for sharing so openly. It really resonates—this feeling of work-life speeding up when we thought it might slow down. The body often senses what the mind is still negotiating. I hope you find pockets of slowness that don’t just pause the rush, but help you remember your rhythm. Even small rituals can reorient us back to what’s real. You’re not alone in this relearning.

The pace of your writing embodies your message: it felt like a slowing down to see the truth. I loved your references to traditional wisdom - and your expression "I'm not here to go viral. I am here to go deep." You are at the right place. Thank you for taking me with you💙

Sofia, thank you for reading with such presence. That’s exactly what I hoped this piece could be—a small slowing down, together. Your words are felt. And I’m so grateful you came with me into that quiet space. 💙🌿✨
