This lesson is so very helpful to me. Thank you! I commit to start by putting my feet on the earth each morning. I will be revisiting this lesson to implement further. Self-kindness, self-compassion, being. I have much to learn…Thank you for teaching! 🧡
I’m really glad the lesson resonated with you. Beginning the day with that simple grounding practice sounds like a meaningful step. Wishing you steadiness as you continue integrating these ideas—it’s a lifelong learning for all of us. Thank you for reading. 🌿
This is an important idea. I am one of those 5 year/10 year guys and I get caught up in it at times. I think it's an easy escape the from the uncomfortable nature of the present, a sort of distraction. While I won't give up my plan, I'm less rigid about it.

That’s it Kev, evolving 🌱 thanks for your support and feedback 💚
This is beautiful, just so wisely put and so necessary for me to be reminded of. Thank you!
Nima, your feedback means a lot to me:) thank you for sharing your heartfelt thoughts 💚🌿✨
“Stillness is not stagnation—it’s compost for becoming.”
